Bring a photocopy of the following documents for evaluation.

PSA Birth Certificate

PECD Checklist (for incoming Pre-Kindergarten 1 and 2)

2 pcs. ID photo (white background, any size)

Additional Requirements for Transferees

Good Moral Character

SF 9/Report card from previous school

 

Application Procedure

Print and fill out the “Learner Enrollment
and Survey Form”. 

02.

Pay fees to the school cashier.
